The L600 Catfish is also know as the Leopard or Cactus Pleco and is Australian bred. The L600 comes from South America and can grow up to 30-40cm. Though it can be territorial towards other bottom dwellers, they are still considered a peaceful species. This species of Pleco is actually carnivorous and instead of a true sucker mouth they have little teeth for holding food. They naturally would be eating the likes of Shrimp Mussels Blood Worms and what ever little invertebrates they can catch. But will take a appropriate size pellet as well in a aquarium.
